The legend began way back in the 1950s, when a young and enterprising Teochew chef first made his appearance at Singapore river side's new market.

Today Mong Hing is proud to present its all new-restaurant at Key Point, Beach Road.

Mong Hing's outstanding accomplishment in the culinary arts has been acknowledged by the leading names in the food circle, including the well known Hong Kong food critic Mr Chua Lam, world famous Mr Martin Yan and local food critic Mr Wong Ah Yoke.
